Easter at the Mall

We spent Easter wandering around the mall together this year.

Nothing extravagant.

No huge plans.

Just simple family time.

And honestly?

Those ordinary days became some of my favorite memories lately.


While looking at our photos afterward, I suddenly realized how much my son has grown already.

And honestly?

That realization hit me harder than I expected.


Sometimes motherhood feels so busy that I don’t immediately notice the little changes happening right in front of me.

The way he talks differently now.

The way he looks more independent.

The way childhood slowly keeps moving forward quietly.


And somehow, ordinary family outings suddenly start feeling emotional because of that.

Because you realize these moments won’t stay the same forever.


I think that’s why I’ve been appreciating simple family days more lately.

Not because they’re grand.

But because they’re temporary.

And honestly?

That’s what makes them special.
